Our production plant makes tungsten alloys to the highest specifications and quality requirements. We hold an established reputation as the world's largest FeW factory outside of China.

We are now sourcing feedstock from both international and domestic sources. Our FeW is utilised in steels and alloys that require heat resistance and hardness. Chinese export limits have presented an opportunity to become a leading tungsten supplier. We provide customers with consistent high-quality supply. This is achieved thanks to our experienced technical staff and dependable feedstocks.

Our manufacturing process is versatile and responsive. This means we can fulfill customer specifications, accommodating lengthy runs or one-off orders. From weighing raw materials to applying exacting temperatures at various furnacing stages. Attention to detail is critical to ensuring completed product components fulfill customer standards.

FAQS

  • We are able to produce large-scale volumes of tungsten alloy products at our facility.

  • Tungsten (W) was discovered in 1781 and is a chemical element with the atomic number 74. It is a very dense and hard metallic element with the highest metal melting point. Tungsten melts at approximately 3,422 degrees Celsius (6,192 degrees Fahrenheit). Tungsten has a high tensile strength, impressive corrosion resistance and is very durable. These traits make it crucial for many industries and technological applications. Traits lend tungsten for harsh conditions use. Tungsten is mined from wolframite and scheelite and is often used in complex alloys.

  • These are two different names for the same chemical element. ‘Tungsten’ is the most often used name but "wolfram" is largely used in many European countries. Both names refer to the periodic table element with the chemical symbol W and atomic number 74.
